We design a series of very special retreats including movement, yoga & mindfulness, as well as art & culture, the city, and nature that will make you experience this region of Germany in a very new - aware - way. Filled with well-being, which includes holistic & sustainable movement, but also nourish the eye, tummy, and soul!

I have 3 pricing versions: if you are local and live in your own home or if you book incl the HENRI hotel single room (1 person) or double room (2 people).

Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. In case of cancellation, 30% of the price are non-refundable.

To book your spot, either email me which option you like to reserve and I will send you the invoice or head over to the studio shop and choose your room type!

  • The local option:

    2 daily yoga sessions, one day is a workshop and a yoga session;
    lunch & dinner

    The HENRI hotel option:

    everything as above;
    plus the nights at the HENRI hotel incl. breakfast

  • For the prices depend on the length and booking option of each immersion.

    The local option:

    includes all meditation and yoga sessions, workshops and activities, lunches and dinners

    The HENRI hotel Option:

    “Single room” includes a single room w/ private bathroom (obviously), breakfast, as well as includes all meditation and yoga sessions, workshops and activities, lunches and dinners

    “Double room” includes a double room (meaning you share it with a friend or loved one) w/ private bathroom (obviously), breakfast, as well as includes all meditation and yoga sessions, workshops and activities, lunches and dinners
